We’re actively recruiting Entry Level Chat Support Specialists to become part of our growing team and help customers with their questions regarding our offerings. This position requires delivering prompt assistance, answering customer concerns, and walking users through how to use various product features.
Roles: In this position, you’ll access our chat platform to respond to common customer questions about pricing, return procedures, and share applicable promotional offers.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Location: Fully remote opportunity, preferably suited for team members based in the United States.
Requirements:
- A computer, smartphone, or tablet with the capability to access website chat and social media messaging systems.
- Capability to function effectively without direct supervision.
- Excellent proficiency in comprehending and executing complex guidelines.
- Willingness to commit at least 10 hours weekly.
- Dependable high-speed internet access.
Contract Length: Open-ended arrangement.
Hours per Week: Flexible scheduling with opportunities between 10 and 40 hours weekly.
