We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Chat Support Representative, delivering customer service and technical support via live chat conversations. You’ll respond to customer questions and troubleshoot technical problems according to established procedures. Success in this position demands strong communication abilities, keen problem-solving aptitude, and comfort juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. Full training will be furnished to all new hires.
Roles: Deliver live chat support to customers, addressing their concerns and providing technical guidance in alignment with our established protocols.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Location: Remote position available globally, with strong preference for US-based applicants.
Requirements:
- A computer, tablet, or smartphone capable of accessing chat platforms and websites.
- Capacity to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail when adhering to protocols.
- Availability to commit a minimum of 5+ hours weekly.
- Dependable high-speed internet access.
Contract Length: Flexible, open-ended arrangement.
Hours per Week: Variable schedule, between 5 and 40 hours weekly.
