In this position, you’ll be the key contact handling customer communications across email, chat, and messaging channels. You’ll focus on addressing customer needs, delivering quality support solutions, and upholding our commitment to outstanding service delivery.
Prior background is not a prerequisite since we deliver comprehensive onboarding to get you up to speed. That said, excellent written communication abilities are essential. We offer flexible work arrangements where you control your schedule, with a minimum weekly requirement of 10 hours. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support requests submitted via live chat, social channels, and web-based communication tools.
- Assist with service questions from current clients as well as pre-sales inquiries from prospective customers.

Rate:
- $35 hourly
Requirements:
- Possession of an internet-connected device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- Capacity to function autonomously while adhering to set protocols.
