Do you enjoy working independently and have experience with social media? We’re looking to add several virtual assistants to our growing team who can handle social media-related tasks. This remote opportunity allows you to work globally from any location, delivering support through live chat on our digital platforms and social channels.
Roles:
- Handling incoming live chat messages on our websites and social media channels, assisting customers with inquiries, product details, and special offers.
- Building positive relationships with customers through responsive and friendly interactions.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements:
- Access to dependable internet connectivity and a device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet.
- Knowledge of popular social platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok is essential.
- Prior social media expertise is not required; complete onboarding and support will be supplied.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with organization.
Location: Remote position available globally (preference for US-based candidates).
